Product information

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details. Bulk pricing may be available for an item. Please contact us to inquire.

How to order 

  1. From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
  2. Add the product to your cart
  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on check out
  4. Select a shipping and a payment method.
  5. Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details
  6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Pay Now".

After a few minutes, you will receive an email or text confirming your order. We want to ensure your order is correct, so we may ask for your sizing or adjust your shipping costs if expedited shipping is required, etc. We look over every charge and order before it is placed to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. From this moment on, we will take care of everything. As soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.

Card charges:

Zahir guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order; the second confirms the actual charge once your order is processed. *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

For your protection, all orders placed must receive approval from one of the accepted credit card providers. Zahir reserves the right to take additional fraud protection measures at our discretion and to decline orders that do not pass those checks for any reason. Zahir also requires that you have followed all rules and procedures of your credit card provider relating to fraudulent and authorized use.

 

 Shipping: 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. All information regarding processing and standard delivery times is located on each item's description page. Since we have vendors worldwide, rates and delivery times vary. We have already selected the best rate vs delivery time for you-so no worries and it's free to you. 

Need it sooner?  It may be available. Just send us a quick message before purchasing. Expedited Freight charges will apply. 

You will receive a confirmation email/text once your order is shipped. This will contain an estimated delivery date and tracking number where applicable. Once the processing of the order is confirmed it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancel the order.

For security purposes, we are currently unable to redirect a package once it has been shipped. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, it will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.

  • All orders are subject to review and could require additional processing time.
  • Weekends and holidays are NOT considered business days.
  • Carrier delays are possible during high order volume periods and may affect shipping times.

Item Availability:

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail/text and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total. 

Redeeming Coupon or Promotional Codes:

To redeem a coupon or promotion code, simply enter the code into the appropriate field during the billing section of the checkout process. Your order total will reflect any and all price changes. 

Damages:

When your shipment arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It’s normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) inside, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside, then contact us immediately. If the box and items are clearly damaged by the carrier upon receipt, you may refuse the shipment. Contact us immediately if any damages occur.
